General park terms
- All visitors must report to reception on arrival.
- Preferred units cannot always be guaranteed.
- The park speed limit is 5mph. Drivers must hold a valid licence and appropriate insurance.
- Loud noise, radios or unreasonable behaviour are not permitted.
- Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
- Barbecues must be used on a hard surface, away from grass and gas bottles.
- Electric and hybrid vehicles must use the on-site charging points and must not be charged from accommodation.
- Holiday balances are due six weeks before arrival. Prices may change.
Who may stay
Bookings are not accepted from unaccompanied under-25s or all-male, all-female and other group parties. The number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity and babies count as one person. Only people registered on the reservation may occupy the accommodation.
Cars and equipment
One car is included per accommodation. Additional cars must be agreed in advance and may be charged. Seating, bedding and other equipment must remain inside; damage and breakages must be paid for.
Caravans
Saturday arrival 4pm–6pm; departure before 9am. Linen is not included.
The Lodge
Friday arrival 3pm–5pm; departure before 9:30am. Linen is not included.
The Apartment and Cottage
Cottage arrival Thursday 3pm–5pm and departure before 10am. Apartment arrival Friday 3pm–5pm and departure before 10am. Linen is included. Barbecues are not permitted on outdoor seating areas and wetsuits must not be stored inside or hung from balcony railings.
Liability and cancellation
The proprietors may refuse an application or terminate a stay when necessary to protect the park and its visitors. Facilities may occasionally be unavailable for reasons beyond the park's control. Visitors should arrange suitable holiday insurance, as refunds cannot be guaranteed when a holiday cannot be taken.
