N.B. Arrival must be after 3:00pm and before 5:00pm, unless by prior arrangement.

and depart on Friday *

N.B. Departure must be before 9:30am.

Weekly terms include all Electricity, Gas, Heating etc. Holiday Homes are fully equipped except for Linen. Please bring sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels with you.

PARKING AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE STAYING ON SITE ONLY
All breakages and damage Must be paid for.
NO PETS ACCEPTED IN ANY TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION & NO SMOKING.

CANCELLATIONS:

Full payment will be due on holidays cancelled less than 6 weeks before commencement.

AMENDMENTS:

Once the booking form has been recieved no further amendments will be made.

DEPOSIT:

At a rate of £250 per holiday lodge, per week. The non-refundable Deposit is deducted from the Total Payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. BACS, debit or credit card payments accepted

USE OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME: - Only those listed on the Booking Form / Confirmation can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities on the site. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund given. UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR:- For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of a person named on the Booking Form or other guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests. PRICES:- Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to amend the VAT element of prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT. We also reserve the right to amend prices where such amendments arise from government action.
