Frequently asked questions

At the end of your licence agreement, there are a few options available. Once a caravan reaches 12 years old, it must be removed from the site. You may choose to upgrade to a newer model and take out a new licence, arrange to remove your caravan yourself, or sell it back to the park. We discuss all options with you as your agreement nears its end to ensure a smooth process.

If you wish to sell your caravan before the end of your agreement, all sales must go through the park and are subject to a 15% + VAT commission charge.
