PARK ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

The Park is accessible by guests in wheelchairs via a tarmac road, which is of a smooth surface.

The Site Reception is at the top of the site, which is a gradual incline.  The top part of the site loops around in a circle, which has two steep inclines.  Not recommended for wheelchair users.

Guide dogs are welcome on site, but we do ask for them to be exercised off the park.

We do not have any caravans which are adapted for wheelchairs, but we do have a few caravans on our lower part of the site, which have a low step.

If you wish to purchase a caravan on sit we can incorporate into the price a ramp for access to the caravan.

All letting caravans are fitted with handrails, and have hard standing parking adjacent to the caravan.

We do not have a toilet block onsite, as all caravans are fully equipped with their own toilets and showers.

We do have a staff toilet on site that could be accessed by persons in an emergency, which is located at the site office; this has a level access to it.

Mobile phones that work well in the area are Orange and T-Mobile.

No public telephone is available on site.

In an emergency there is a public telephone in the village, which is 500 yards from the park, by Coronation Gardens.

Access to the beach from the park is accessible by wheelchair.

You can hire a beach wheelchair from the Beach Lifeguards or North Cornwall Council.
